罗华党原创钢琴交响音乐会歌手海选通知

党的十九届中央委员会第五次全体会议提出了到2035年建设文化强国的战术目标，并对如何实现这一战术目标进行了新的规划和部署。 为了积极响应党中央的号召，世界文联举办了一系列文化艺术活动。 原空军作曲家罗华党原创音乐会海选歌手，一个是选派新人加入艺术队伍，实现了新鲜血液的进口和人才的储备，并为广大音乐艺术爱好者提供了锻炼自己的机会和舞台。 二是积极提升，营造格调高雅、健康文明的社会音乐艺术氛围，丰富人民群众业余文化生活，加强社会精神文明建设。

选择具体方案:

一)从罗华党原创钢琴交响音乐中选出一首声乐作品(附件:参照罗华党声乐作品团圆表)； 反复练习，唱完之后，报名参加比赛。

二)知名专家评审团评选最佳原创歌手、优秀原创歌手。

三)获得最佳原创歌手，联合国健艺美文化总会和世界文联发行的奖励奖杯、证书的那首歌的原歌作品被注册在罗华党原创钢琴交响(声乐)音乐会专辑中，出版发行，传遍世界，世界顶级的原创新。

备注:参赛选手可由组委会免费提供伴奏、歌词。 不适合伴奏的人可以自己重新制作，费用可以自己处理)
